FIB mission at observatory not starting after which PS3 crashes

I have a weird problem because I can't find anyone else having the same problem.

 

Every time I go to the observatory, textures aren't loading, people are sitting on air (no benches), the pause menu won't appear, can't change character and above all can't start the goddamn mission.

A few minutes later my PS3 crashes/freezes.

My PS3 is the old fat one which has originally 40GB. I changed my HDD to play GTA 5.

I downloaded GTA 5 from the ps store.

 

I really want to do this mission, because otherwise I can't continue with the merryweather heist.

re-install if nothing works.

I restored my filesystem and now I can get there with textures and pause menu loading. But when I get there (at the guy I must talk with) I can't do anything anymore, they don't talk and sh*t.

 

I'd rather not re-install because I had problems installing the game. I had to try three times because I got this annoying error code.
