Okay I have been playing a lot of GTA: O in the past few days and it have noticed people doing some glitch's one guy had a 584 RP but all of his stats were almost empty (Driving, Flying, Shooting, Lung Capacity, and every stat other them those) these cheaters are driving me crazy.

 

Are you looking forward to Rockstar dropping the Ban Hammer?

 

Do you think that Rockstar will even use the ban hammer?

the first step they should have taken, was console ban anyone cheating.

billions of players and R* keeps giving them more opportunities to take advantage of their own broken security.

actually the first step would have been to move on from old consoles, into the new ones. the 2nd step would be to remove non object based micro-transactions, like cash cards, where in GTA, cash is the backbone of the game. Then provide a zero tolerance cheat free experience, by console banning anyone who cheats.

how many people know how to do what they do in GTA as far as editing codes on the XBOX One? and how many of those would risk their new console over something so stupid? it's a rhetorical question, as you already know the answer.

and because they did none of this, that "ban hammer" will never happen. instead they encouraged players to cheat by live streaming with known glitchers. pathetic.

There is no Big ban hammer. They swing it around on individuals. It's funny when I hold the banning tickets on people and they post over and over about the problems they are having connecting.

And you are spot on. I don't even care about Franks Buffalo people as long as my game doesn't break. And for those idiots that claim it's rare. No it is not stupid. Play three hours of rooftop rumble with randoms every time and someone has it as a pv every third time through. Just like adders and entities.

I got banned. So I stopped playing altogether.

 

When the Business Pack came out, I checked online. Lo and behold, I was unbanned.

 

Am I tempted to glitch again? Hell no. More than anything, it made the game boring once I had everything I wanted, most of which I got legit anyway. But it's not much of a deterrent because R* can't really permaban everyone who ever glitched, because good-bye profit margin.

I don't think there is one, today's stream pretty much proved that.

They don't have to do it to everyone who's ever done it, but they should at the least do it to the extreme and repeat offenders to set an example. Many devs of online games won't hesitate to permanently ban your ass in a second if they catch you cheating or exploiting their game in any way. If you can't play by their rules, they don't want you as a customer because you're nothing but a hindrance to their business. Some would probably leave, yes, but most will learn their lesson and create another account or buy a new copy; as will people who will continue to cheat and get banned again. It actually happens quite often in online games.

I've never seen a company (R*) so scared of actually punishing those who clearly don't want to play by their rules and consistently spit in their face and laugh when they try to fix their game.

They should make it a weapon. The Hammer does 1 damage, but if you're killed with it, you're banned. And it instakills tanks

As a seasoned veteran of gta online. I can offer you two points of advice.

 

Don't get butthurt about cheaters they'll always be there even with a ban there will always be more.

 

2 you want them to be punished? Do it yourself to them in free roam. If you best a cheater, what does it matter what the game tells you he has or hasn't earned you know for a fact youre better than him and could impose your will at any time.

Yeah, deep down, I don't think Rockstar gives a damn about cheaters/glitchers. I watched some of their stream last night, and saw a LV100, LV700, and LV500 all involved in one of their races. Not one word was said about any of them. The fact that "taking aim at cheaters" really only was a 14 Day Ban was a complete joke.

Like posted above, it happens move on. As I always ask people who freak out about glitches. In RL and you see someone texting/drinking/getting high while driving, do you call the police? That can really like people, but you do nothing except freak out about glitches. Also in RL people have advatages over you, and there is nothing a Dev or parent can do about it.

IRL... if I had a garage, and I walked in, and there is some dude stood in the corner that shoots and kills me... not only me, he is a serial "garage killer"... would the police really invite him to their Christmas ball awards?? Putting a "rl" spin on this doesn't even make sense.

wish R* turn '' bad sport session '' into '' hell session '' , causing great frustation in that session :

~ all traffic drives aggresively

~ instead normal rain weather , it's raining countless of explosive barrel

~ sometimes , pedestrian pulls minigun or simply become invicible & attack player

~ enemy & police has no recoil

~ sometimes , traffic become a tank that hostile any bad sport players . air traffic also turn into buzzard and lazers that hostile aganist any bad sport players

~ sometimes , any vehicle player drives ( including Personal car ) it will explode randomly

~ all player randomly teleport in midair and reappear in very high in air at very high speed falling , which diffcult to use parachute

~ also all player randomly float in midair and thrown outside san andreas at high speed & the player's body explodes if they thrown outside SA

~ price of all items are charged 30%

~ no money is given any job but Rp still same as before

~ mission become far more diffcult , as enemy bring buzzard attacks ( scripted to use it's weapon ) & 2 gunner with combat MG

~ enemies randomly spawn in freemode to attack any bad sport player in a granger ( 4 occupant wield carbine rifle and AP pistol & hanging off wield combat MG )

~ if player on shore of the sea or swim on sea , shark may spawn and given ability to fly to kill player easily

~ roaming in forest without vehicle will spawn pack of cougars ( about 10-15 )

~ sometimes , it raining molotov instead of explosive barrels . creating fire everywhere . also raining oil which cause fire trail if shot at

~ driver suddenly become hostile randomly and run over player if on foot ( ram player if on land vehicle )

 

if player inside apartement or garage , player is safe from any harm

You glitchers are normally the cowardly asshats that refuse to deathmatch or race driving around in freemode in a chrome car all day acting like they have more money than everyone else in the lobby when in reality everyone has money and they are still terrible at this game.

 

I don't need a ban hammer or even want to see one really. Easy targets are fun. I don't even have to chase anyone, they always come to me. Such a blessing.
