How to stay out of bad sport forever. Tips for hardcore bad sports.

When you are in a lobby go to online - players and check your player status. It will normally tell you that you are a "clean player" this is good obviously but if you have the status "dodgy player" this means that you are close to bad sport. If you are a dodgy player just stop blowing up personal vehicles until clean player status comes back. Doing this you can actually play the way GTA was meant to be played without Rockstar screwing you over. Keep checking your player status after each personal vehicle explosion so you can kill as much as you want without worry.

 

Best way to keep out of dodgy player status (does not work on wireless controllers): go into a invite only lobby then get into any personal vehicle. Tape your left analog stick so that your wheels are turned at all times. This will prevent you from going afk. Go about your day or do this while you sleep. The longer you wait without doing any bad sport actons, the farther you are from bad sport/dodgy player status.

 

Important facts / tips: (updated)

- Getting to dodgy player status takes alot nowdays since the patch. (patch 1.06: The Bad Sport penalty for destroying personal vehicles has been reduced significantly) When you get there this guide will come in handy.

- If a player with a bounty is in a personal vehicle then destroying it wont count toward bad sport.

- Get players and friends to commend you.

- The deeper you are into dodgy player status, the longer it will take to get out. The longest time I have spent in dodgy player status was roughly 2 hours. The shortest time spent was 20-30 min.

- The longer you stay a clean player, the more personal vehicles you can blow up before returning to dodgy player status.

- Players reporting you in game count towards your bad sport rating. I recommend switching lobbies the second you hit dodgy player status. You are more likely to become a dodgy/bad sport from players reporting you in game than you are from blowing up their personal vehicles.

- Watch out for the angry players that follow you from lobby to lobby (xbox live - recent players list - join session in progress. not sure about psn). It does happen, in case it does block them, appear offline, and move to another lobby.

- Be a professional bad sport. No talking trash or anything that might gain more unwanted attention.

-NEW: Destroying personal vehicles during a VIP or MC freemode mission will not count towards bad sport.

 

Anti bad sport trolls are welcome to post just dont expect me to respond and take you seriously

I still think that people who leave in the middle of jobs / hack, mod, exploit should be in bad sport. This thread is just for people who love blowing cars up. This just shows you how broken the bad sport system is when it comes to personal vehicles.

 

The goal of this post is for Rockstar to read this and realize how stupid they are for implementing personal vehicles and in game player reporting into the bad sport system...if they haven't already. So please tell everyone you can about this post.

 

I posted this on the Rockstar forum and they removed it 3 weeks later. This finally pissed off rockstar. MISSION ACCOMPLISHED.

you can also blow up someone's car and press the power button (hard shutdown) so you don't have to pay the insurance or get bad sports

works on your own car, too, in case you drive it into a f*cking swimming pool above rockford hills

 

but yeah, it's not that fun to restart the console just because a few bucks... I only do that to some dipsh*t kiddos that try to kill me with their Entity or Infernus etc.

I want to make them pay their own cars when they see themselves getting blown up

I would actually love to be in the bad sports pool for ever, it's way more fun

free roam is just a huge deathmatch, you cannot trust anyone and nobody trusts you <3

haven't met any "mission trolls" who just want the missions to fail yet

 

the only and yet sh*tty downside of it is the fact that you cannot play with your friends... not even missions, wtf.

and since most of dem fagits don't want to get the cap, I am forced to be a clean player, the world is tough man...

This is hard to do when entity owners drive backwards for killing you

I tried that and dashboarding (xbox 360) neither will work for me anymore. I just find it easier to stay out of bad sport with my guide.

I like to take all my money and put it as cash on hand with my second character and leave only 2500 for tank purchased and health care... I then go to public lobbies and tank troll everyone, blowing up personal vehicles and never paying a dime.

Its a system thats easily abused. If you are in dodgy player status for more than a half hour then you can bet a player has reported you.

You stay in the session you're in when you get a BS hat, but next time you quit/switch sessions it's off to the pool.

 

I wish they'd nerf the Lazer BS stats like they did the tank.

Not me, I just seen a few bad sports in sessions I was in. Only in the past month or so. It was the first time seeing a bad sport in a session and I have never come across a bad sport before while in-game. I have always thought bad sports were but into sessions with other bad sports.

 

They should get rid of the BS stats for the Lazer. I always wondered what the point of making the tank and lazer available was in online if they can cause you to be a bad sport.
