Yeah, I think he means Mors - is it saying 'all our operators are busy right now, please call back later'?

 

If so maybe your vehicle has been impounded and not destroyed.

 

If it has been destroyed, and you can't get it replaced in that session, try leaving the session and trying in a new lobby or go off-line.

 

You should be able to get it replaced the next time :0)
