I may very well have skipped over this in either the patch notes, here (apologies if I did) or I'm losing my mind. But were some cars moved/switched back/whatever to different classes again via 1.11 or do I just think they did?

Yes they were switched around, look at the "so what's new in 1.11" pinned thread to see which ones
