I have an idea that i havent really seen out there that much... what if the jetpack is in a hidden room under mount chiliad, now i know people have gone under there and into the games coding and stuff... but if any of you have ever played World of Warcraft than you have most likely heard of the K.W.L. room. If not look it up. That room cannot be seen until you are directly inside of it. Maybe this room is like that room, but holding the jetpack. I have seen posts on this website that show pictures of the ski lift that is on top of the mountain pulled from the game, if someone can glitch under the map with enough precision to get a heli up inside of that room it might actually be back there.
