Missions don't make you alot of money most of the time I only get like 4k. Robbing shops only gets you 2k ish and losing the cops takes ages. I'm level 79.

 

I'm saving up for the new turismo car, i have 300k

Rooftop rumble is all you need. You can make about 200k an hour
