maybe it was a random ped but i was running from a 3star level and a orange buccaneer came out infront of me blocking me off,a fat guy in a Hawaiian shirt hopped out and tryed to shoot me with a micro smg,coulda been a random ped but it seemed odd.anyone else notice it?

im not trolling legit.get a 3 star wanted and see if it happens to you.i dont got any pics atm to back this but it really happend.now im not saying it was a cop,idk and when i say vice cop its not vice city its vice cop undercovers

Some random ped started shooting at me as well(can't remember what car he had or what he looked like but it wasnt a cop...)

I had a guy in awheelchair regular SUV get out and start shooting at me during a police chase once. He acted like an undercop but it has only happened once

I'm wondering if there have been undercover cops added to the game, because I've noticed this at least three times in the past couple of days.

Random vehicles getting involved in police chases and random NPCs getting out and shooting.

You're not alone, OP. It's a little frustrating, because of how aggressive the cops already are... now they've got vigilante help? ugh.

well when he pulled up i was like whoa did they add the dukes car??quickly realized it was a buccaneer the color threw me off,a fat guy in a Hawaiian shirt hoped out with a micro smg.i think the 1.11 might have added them,just like cabs now drive around and sport/super cars randomly drive also

Peds sometimes take the law into their own hands in this game, or if you agitate them enough.

Peds are getting chaotic everytime there's a chase. They really like to block your way or ram you on purpose. I always ended up killing peds when that happens.

There are vigilante peds who will shoot you for robbing a store,used to happen a lot in the early online days,have not robbed a shop in so long tho.

the day 1.11 came out I had a 4 star in sandy shores and the cops were driving in cars local to the area. It only happened once and the cars despawned after they got out, so I assume it was a bug.
