Keeping up with online enemies...

So we have all probably been there before. You get owned by a few people and they leave the session and you never see them ever again. So how do you get revenge? I wrote down their screen names. Is there a way to find them later on? they won't accept my "friends" request (obviousely) so I can't ever find them to get my revenge. It would make the online feature so MUCH more fun if you can get people back for being jerks. If there isn't a way to find them then Rockstar definetely needs to add this feature. Anyone agree?

I think an option to "find your arch enemy" when connecting to servers would be fun, but the flip of that is that it can create massive grief issues which isn't needed at all. It's neat enough that if you happen to be in the same server you get a notification that they are as well.

I blame the f*cking weapon wheel, for all these hyperactive swaggots. Thanks R* for selling out.

I imagine this is exactly what stalkers go through.

Let it go bro, let it go.

I don't want people I may have killed a lot, for justified reasons, stalking me everytime I join GTAO in a sorry ass attempt to force me to play bootlegged CoD with them

i'm against this idea

Use the recent players list on 360, unsure if PS3 has a similar feature. Just get on every day, find that person on your recent list and join them. As long as you play with them about once every 24 hours you can keep them on that list indefinitely. I don't know what the limit is but there is a limit on how many new players you can meet before it wipes the previous ones from the cache. Happy Stalking.

EDIT: Or, use the gamertag search function if they have left that list, find and join session.

Quick question - I've noticed recently, when fannying around in freeroam and I get killed - that sometimes the scorecount pops up as (for example) 1-1..but I know I've not killed that player in the session...

Does Online "remember" previous stats etc from previous encounters ?

That's what I believed at first. But sometimes the numbers seem out of whack, as in "I know I didn't kill that guy 10 times in the last gunfight", so I'm starting to wonder about the overall accuracy of the scoreboard for PvP.

Yes it apparently does, I got killed once during freeroam and the score came up higher than 1 against me so I must've encountered them in a previous session.

I think there could be options to deal with the stalker type. You know, be able to ban them, block them or whatever if it gets to be to much... But I think the idea of finding that person should be an option. The other person might find it fun as well to keep up your previous battle... but like I said if it gets to be too much and you think the person is stalking you then you could always block them from finding you

I mean Facebook has that option... why can't Gta online have the same option?

I usually send a friend request a few hours later to people who really pussied out or are just A-holes in general. Usually they accept. Then a few days later I haunt them till they unfriend me, after which I inform them why I did it.

Kill someone just after spawning from a mission, you get a friend request. Spawn killing low lvl players with your tank or driving your Entity backwards, you get a friend request. Failing missions on purpose and just trolling, get a friend request. Any other A-hole behaviour, you get a friend request.

But I also send friend requests to people that I actually had good battles with. What the stats say is my archenemy actually became one of my best in game friends after an epic 3 hour battle. Anyone who finishes what they started gets my respect, even (or especially) if they lose big time. The best friends I've found in game have been the ones that were respectable adversaries before.
