What do you think the BEST looking car is? And what car does it resemb

The Roosevelt is the best looking car by a long way IMO, it's based on (one of) Al Capone's armoured cadillac limousines, which was seized by the government later and used by President Roosevelt to protect him since it had armoured windows (unlike in-game).

 

As for modern cars there are lots of nice ones but no single one stands out to me as better than the others in terms of looks.
