Hey my fellow Armenian friend yes i too wanted blinkers aka indicators in GTA V or in GTA 4, but it never happened. It will probably not happen anytime soon.

If you were driving at the speed limit then yes, but most people drive like maniacs, therefore you're making turns like it's nothing, who would even see your blinker on? The NPCs? When you're going like 100 mph? I too contemplated this, but I finally concluded that I probably would actually forget to use them, this seems about as pointless as stopping at every red light, everyone seems to run those don't they? Why would people also have to trigger their blinkers at every single turn? And like I said at the speed most go, how long would the blinker even need to stay on? If we're asking for cosmetic things like this that add nothing, give me my car interior POV, I want to be able to see my character's hands on the steering wheel, as well as my windshield, dashboard, radio, and gauges. To me that seems something I can really utilize.

In races would be good since players slip streaming and working together you can use the blinkers to tell them where they should pass.

Honestly the only way I see that this could be implemented intoo the game is if it's used when you set a GPS Waypoint on the map or from interaction and that would be the only time it would work... When you approach a turn coming up that's on the waypoint directing you to turn that way

Blinkers for the AI would be a god send in races. Also the blinks don't need to be a button just use it when the gps is active

Just about got T-boned by a big ass truck going 60mph on my way home earlier.

 

On topic, I would probably find a way to use them, but I would much rather be able to engage the flashers, or emergency signals. Most of my vehicles are black and might have been a pain to locate in a mission if not for the almighty minimap. Would probably use it just because I can, much like using regular silenced pistol for some James Bond action. Perhaps the vehicle emote could be set to 'engage e-lights' or something as far as the controls scheme goes.

I would totally use my indicator while barrel-rolling at 100 MPH over a crowded intersection whilst whipping stickies out the window.

how about adding a actual break light aswell. npcs think your holding up traffic when its a f*cking red light and bash you in the rear cause you wont go.

Double Press Left for the left indicator. Double press again to turn it off.

Double Press Right for the right indicator. Double press again to turn it off.

 

If you just press once, the lights go on, if you rapidly double press the indicator goes on.
