For some reason I imagine the little blighters tasting like pork scratchings when they're toasted or fried. Good source of protein, too. You would farm them just like any other edible organism. Besides which, not every single insect is the size of a pin head. If it's good I'll add it to my diet, assuming it's readily available. I've got nothing against trying these things.
