I can confirm OP is'nt lieing . i was doing rr and my turismo caught fire ( looked awesome ) however i exited . btw .. before the dlc my entity and vacca were catching fire alot so its not fake

Huh...before I got my Turismo, my Entity was my main ride. Used both for hours on end without getting them repaired and neither just suddendly went up in flames. How odd...

Probably has to do with it scraping the ground. I've heard that if you lower the suspension to it's max it even scrapes just leaving LSC.

Yeah this happens lol, you have to pay a repair every time you go in the central city one because it hits the floor on the way in and out.

Mine has never blown up on me or started smoking though.

Grotti contacted me to advise of a recall. I've retrofitted mine with the stock suspension which they assured me was highly tuned and wouldn't adversely affect performance.

 

I also never put the suspension upgrades on my characters Vapid SandKing making it slightly higher than most because most people slap on the suspension. There's a few spots I'm able to trudge through deep swamp areas wheras my friends trucks get destroyed by water damage.

Probably. When I tried calling them up. A guy with a funny accent picked up and instructed me to head to their showroom for further instructions. Went there and found they had shut shop if you will call that. You can still see cars inside but the shop is closed. Wonder where they are gone..

Careful all Turismo Owners! There are people saying around that and sending out warnings. Apparently after using the Turismo for some time people noticed smoke coming out of the engine bay or the car suddenly coming to a stop. Then see fire coming out. Sometimes the car suddenly blows up when driving at high speeds.

 

Warnings:

 

1: "Mostly all maxed out Turismo's are catching Fire and the Engine Explodes killing you."

 

2: "Some people have noticed that the Turismos have started Catching Fire for No Reason!"

Be careful to let it cool off before entering your garage. It has blown up in some peoples' garages, setting off a chain reaction and destroying ALL of the other cars in the garage !!!

Unfortunately I drive my Turismo at full speed fully maxed and it never has happened.

I can confirm that its a problem, Its not a joke topic... However it happend after DLC. I was glitching in an new Adder and i failed. I spawned away a few miles. So my friend drove back and forth a bit and we meet up and drove back to my garage. And all the sudden i saw the car going on fire and he was like wtf, i didn't do anything.... had to glitch in another one. And this time it worked.
