Why does the new vehicles messages keep popping up whenever I go on gt

Ever since the new business update on patch 1.11 I keep getting these annoying 2 messages saying that I have new guns and cars available to purchase when I join gta online even tho i already bought them. Idk if this is a glitch

Are they the messages from GTA: Online's loading screen?

 

Like this but for the new DLC?
