Sounds to me like Rockstar Marketing on top of their game, as usual.

 

Maybe this is why the GTAV trailers and press releases are so deceptive in terms of both game content and availability dates. Maybe it's because nobody in Rockstar Development ever talks to anybody in Rockstar Marketing, so the marketing guys are always clueless. That sure is how it seems to be.
