Richmond hotel DM removed?

So i was ranking up last night and my friend comes online and asks if i wanna play the richmond hotel deathmatch, only they say they can't find it on the map or the the pause menu so i decided to check the marker location and guess what, not there, also checked map and pause menu like my friend did, not there...

 

So has it definitely been removed or this just a glitch/bug or something?
