I bought mine for 1.75 million with legit cash. I never glitched at all. I ended up rarely using it though because of the incredibly annoying police lock on. I only use it when I have a friend to aim the missiles, because it just frustrates me to no end when I want to shoot someone who is trying to take me down with an RPG, and the game decides it would be a much better idea to shoot a cop who's shooting at me with a little pistol. So much of a better idea in fact, that I am not allowed to shoot at the RPG guy at all with my rockets. f*ck that sh*t.

 

Anyway, I think OP's point was that Lester is ripping you off.
