Del perro ftw. Its next to ammunation and is 2 blocks from 2 stores. And has a front and rear entrances. So if someone is camping one you can exit the other way and flank them

I'm living in Del Perro, has front and rear entrance, ammu nation 1 block away, 2 stores near too, and LSC it's 1.2km away.. plus, no idiots camping outside waiting to kill you, oh and the views are total crap, unless u wanna see bahamas west mamas.

I chose weasel plaza floor 101 and love it. You have a nice area outside of your garage as well as a backroute to the street if you're getting griefed.

 

I think it was $330k or around there. Only a short drive from lsc, but far enough away from the city that you avoid majority of the trolls.

All of them have the same garage and same interior. The only thing that's different is the view. You decide what view you like the most, since it's subjective.

I traded in my flashy apartment for a 10 car garage in east Los Santos - I forget the name but it's on the main road just north of the LSC (the one down the ramp), takes me 15 seconds to drive there or to Ammunation from my garage and NO-ONE hangs around there. Peace and quiet.

I have Weazel 101 as well, and you have basically a whole view of the city (even the Vinewood sign, a bit small but you can see it)

Not to mention the driveway to the garage is really nice and there's multiple exits and entrances.

Del perro is great. Low traffic. Store a block away. Ammunation 20 seconds away. LSC not too far(usually crowded). I think there's actually a 10 car garage in la mesa(east LS) but no apartment. I'm considering moving there until apartments actually have some value. There's a store, ammo, and LSC all on the same small road basically. My second character bought integrity way which is a good location but the garage is a bit annoying.

I think that's the one I have, it's very handy - as is the garage access direct from the road! Now if only they'd move the bloody lamp post that gets in the way when approaching from the north...

 

 

Edit: 331 Supply Street. It's great, on road, no apartment warfare nearby and easy access to everything.

Agree the best is entrances of garage. There are 3 ways to reach the garage door. Easy to escape from police etc...

 

The Apartment and garage entrance are far from each other and that is good for escaping from the bounty hunters at the gate of my garage...

 

Especially hide your blip, go out from apartment and hunt the bounty hunters who wait for you to come out from your garage door.
