almost like cops and robbers.

 

except the robbers can obey the law, and the cops will leave you alone. mostly.

 

Its the cops team job to spread out and find people breaking the law, and take them down.

 

two groups of eight.

 

 

I played on gta 4 and it was probably the most fun I have had in a gta game.
