Adder respray isue

At the back of the adder, there is a secondary color field. And to me it is always black, why? It wasn't that before.

SIngleplayer or Online?

 

I know those in singleplayer (both the ones you find on the streets and the ones you buy) are all missing the strip of secondary color in the back. It's like it's just a hole without any textures.

To my relief it didn't appear to be the case in Online. Before I bought the Adder Online I did some googling on this as well but couldn't find anything. Took my chance buying it Online anyway since all the Adders I saw being driven in Online all looked fine and weren't missing the back strip. Still no idea what causes the strip to be missing in singleplayer though.
