So far I know you can walk on a ztype and a turismo in your garage are the any other cars you can walk on in your garage?

Alot of them if you know how to do it. Go into stealth mode and walk back and forth on the front bumper. Most cars you will be able to edge up on to the hood

I haven't done it for a long time so I don't know if it still works but if you walk towards the front bumper of the Adder at the right angle you'll walk up on to the hood.
