Why do I keep getting kicked from Missions/Races?

 

Is it because the Host Is too Stupid to make it private?

In a lot of cases: Yes

Though it happens that when you host a job, one or more players join before you've gotten a chance to "confirm settings" and set matchmaking to "closed".

Considering there's probably millions of people playing this game at any time, it's reasonable to assume the above scenario happens regularly. Don't rule out the "Host is a retard" theory though.
