Automatic passive mode deactivation

I've noticed a couple of changes since the last update regarding passive mode.

 

Earlier I drove over someone whilst I was in passive mode, killing them automatically deactivated my passive mode, you get the short countdown appearing in the bottom right of your screen.

 

And I think it also gets automatically deactivated when someone sets a bounty on you, not sure of that, can anyone confirm?

I don't know about the bounty thing I was wondering that though. That would be pretty dumb because sometime ill go to passive afk on a high place. Someone could just put a bounty on me and kill me if that's true

I can see the bounty thing being used (abused?) quite a bit if true.

shooting a lot from a vehicle while passive deactivates it as well.

any violent action while in passive mode, deactivate the mode.

 

someone placing a bounty on you while in passive mode, doesnt not deactivate passive mode.

 

I confirm this.
