Questions&Answers :

What's the point of doing this?
1)Cutscene characters are way more detailed than the ones used in game.
2)All these years and nobody has yet to convert without bugs (models look like penguins)
3)Some time ago navetsea made HD textures for most of San Andreas' characters, but since game models are low quality, you couldn't really enjoy them.
Are you conversions bug free?
Yes, my mods are bug free since I used exactly the same verticle weights as Rockstar used in their cutscene models. Although, if you found a bug, please let me know and I'll try and fix it as soon as possible.
Do you take requests?
Yes, name the cutscene character you want to see in game and I'll start working on it as soon as I get a free moment.
Is it OK if I use your mods as a base for my own mods?
Yes of course! This is one of reasons why I'm doing it.

Additional information:
→All models have 2 version - original and HD texture by navetsea.
→Working jaw and eyebrows

I'm sure he knows that the one from SA is the one from III, but what he's trying to say is that the GTA 2 protagonist, "Claude Speed", and the GTA III protagonist, "Claude", are not the same person. Thus, calling Claude from III, "Claude Speed", would be incorrect.

Indeed, that's a very big mistake, as both characters are even in different era's :p

How do you know its not the same characters?

According to gtaWiki

Rockstar however states that Claude is: "Definitely a drifter, probably from the west coast, new to Liberty City " (and his) "surname may or may not be Speed"
