Aufstand Motorcycle Club [PS3]

Our "crew" has been around for some time now, even way back before GTA V even launched. We as a group started off on an multiplayer mod known as "SA:MP" or also known as "San Andreas Multiplayer" on an RP server, after the release of GTA Online we then decided that we would move on over to that and expand.

Our Motorcycle Club consists of a good group of people and we are looking for more members to join the club. Our activities can go from doing a lot of Team Death Matches, Races, Survival, Missions, or simply just riding in a proper formation in Free Mode. Our club ONLY allows Hexer, Bagger, and Daemon motorcycles. Also the way we communicate is through TeamSpeak so if you have a laptop or your tower PC is right next to your PS3 then that would be great (or even if you have the TS3 app on your phone would work as well).

Our timezone varies due to some of our members living in NA, EU, AU, and NZ.

1. ---Proceeding Rule 4; regarding attacks, and authority to lead attacks---

If a member tells you to do something like attack other gangs/Motorcycle Clubs, and they are not apart of the cabinet, and they have no valid reason, do not listen to them. Get confirmation from Vice President Mayerl [PSN: jonom94] or President ChazzyBear [PSN: chazzybear]. The only people that are allowed to lead attacks are the high ranking members (President, Vice President, and anyone that is apart of the cabinet). Until an attack suggestion is approved by such members, no attack will take place. If an attack takes place without confirmation, the leader of the attack and possibly any assailants (depending on their level of involvement) will be subject to severe discipline or possibly being kicked out of the crew.

2. Respect is a highly valued moral in Aufstand MC, as with other MC's. It is the foundation of social interactions within the MC. Any blatant disrespect will be dealt with in an "appropriate" manner. If you disrespect the President, or any of the highest ranking members, expect your punishment to be most severe. That does not mean disagreements are unwelcome, but if you choose to disagree, do so in a respectful manner.

3. Conspiring is not allowed. If you are caught conspiring against the President, Vice President, or any other high ranking member, expect your punsihment to be severe. Your level of involvement determines your level of punishment. On a similar note, if you are caught heavily betraying the MC, you will recieve the highest of discipline, that being permanent removal from the gang. Light to medium betrayal will not be taken well, however it might not result in permanent removal. Although betrayal is betrayal, there's a limit to how much you can do before you deserve to be removed indefinitely.

4. ---Extension of Rule 1; regarding permissions and authority over other members---

The President, Vice President, and the Officials of Aufstand MC are always the boss. Always get confirmation from them before anything takes place. Other members are not supposed to give orders. You are allowed to refuse an order from another member (Only if they are the latter), and if they choose to discipline you for it, report it to the higher ups. They will be taken care of. The only ones that can be bossed around are Prospects, anyone above them can give them an order.

5. Being a group of bikers, it is required that we stay together and remain in formation. This means; NO RIDING AHEAD OF THE PRESIDENT AND DRIVING ALL OVER THE PLACE. Try to stay in a group, being behind the President at all times. Formation is always side by side, if there is ever an odd number of members during the ride the person riding up front rides in the center while everyone else rides side by side.

6. If you are to participate in any activity with the club, you are required to get on TeamSpeak. This allows you to stay in contact with the members of the MC, and allows the whole club to function correctly.

7. In any situation you may encounter, the club is always your top priority. Your life belongs to the club. If you are needed, you are required to assist. You must always come when you're called. If you do not, then you are not considered dedicated, and may face removal. The club is always first!
