Check your available vehicles

The issues below are noted randomly around the forum, but just thought it'd be a good idea to put them all together so everyone can update their maps as needed.

 

  • For races created prior to patch 1.10, if your have the Sports Classics category available to use, the Roosevelt is not available.

 

  • For races created prior to patch 1.11, if you have the Sports category available to use, the Jester and Alpha are not available. Same for the Super category and the Turismo R.

 

  • Also since the 1.11 patch, if you had the Off Road class unavailable, for some reason the Sanchez was automatically added as an option.

 

  • I am not sure about air races and the new Vestra as I do not have any air maps created, but I assume it is the same situation as the cars.

 

These issues are easy to fix in the race details by going into the available vehicles option and deselecting and re selecting the class then updating to SC.

damn...lots of editing to do. glad votes arent being reset now...think we will have to do this every time they add vehicles?

Additional notes about the Sanchez ... From the patch 1.11 notes:

  • If a Race is locked to a Sanchez model, the player will now be able to pick both the normal and livery version of the Sanchez.

This might have something to do with the Sanchez being automatically checked in the available vehicles options. I have found that if you're race currently does not allow the offroad class as an option the Sanchez won't be available in an online race. However if you update the race and do not uncheck the availability of it, then it could be problem.

 

 

damn...lots of editing to do. glad votes arent being reset now...think we will have to do this every time they add vehicles?

I hope note ... but I can't help but believe we will.

So now there is a

Sanchez (Livery) and a

Sanchez (livery)

 

any idea which one is which and which would be the desirable one to race with?

Not sure either is better. I believe one is locked to the green Spunk look and the other you can change the color and decals. I don't believe there is a performance difference. I could always be wrong ... guess I have something to investigate tonight
