Why are my DLC weapons disappearing in story mode when I go off Xbox L

My internet has been against me lately, so I've been relying on story mode to relieve me of my boredom, but when I go offline my DLC weapons just disappear. I also can't fly a blimp in story mode because I'm offline. Anyone have the same issues, or have a solution to this problem?

I have this problem every time my internet is offline. Sometimes only the blimp disappear, other times every DLC content will disappear.

I only have this on PS3 if i didn't save my progress after the DLC had been released.

It happened to me onces,but if that happens try load up your last save.

rockstar was kind enough to give us a handful of new glitches with 1.11

Happens to me too. I just back out to xbox dashboard and reload the game, that should fix it.

I too have this problem, but usually only with the Beach Bum pack content. I will try reloading the game to see if that fixes it.

I'm on ps3 and I lose my ammo for the pistols and rifles after I download DLC. But once I buy full ammo for one of each category, it fills all of them instead.
