something weird just happened

i was in a public lobby watching people on tv, and noticed a rank 1000 so i switched to him to see what he was doing.

apparently he was just sitting in his car not paying attention or something, and noone was around him so i decided to get a mugger to pull him out of his car to see what would happen.

 

i called up the mugger, then went back to watching on tv and saw the mugger pull him from his car then try to take off in it, but the guy quickly got back up, got his car back and ran the mugger over.

 

now here is where the weird part comes into play, i'm still watching rank 1k guy in his car (i'm still in my garage watching him) he backs up a little bit, then takes off like a bat out of hell, however i don't follow, i'm stuck in the middle of the city with no body and about 10 feet in the air (the camera height i was watching him at)

 

i pause and see where he's headed and he's going north, but i cannot turn the tv off or switch to anyone else or anything, turns out i could shoot my weapons and switch weapons and everything except move, i could look around but not physically move, so i was messing around and got 4 stars but the cops couldn't hurt me, like i was either invincible or not there or something

 

was i in a modded lobby or something? or was that a jb console? any ideas?

The spectator mode is messed up. It happened to me watching somebody race. The camera just acts like your there but you have no body. You can switch weapons but you cant shoot.

 

Its a bad bug because at the end of the race, i got money like i was participating

The spectator mode is messed up. It happened to me watching somebody race. The camera just acts like your there but you have no body. You can switch weapons but you cant shoot.

 

Its a bad bug because at the end of the race, i got money like i was participating

it wasn't a race, it was in free roam, and i could shoot, i got up to 4 stars shooting police

it was today when i met a lvl 906 guy who had sort of a invisibility cheat. he was off the radar non stop. when i switched to the player list to report him - as soon as i hitted "report" my whole ps3 froze up and i had to switch it off. coincidence?

This is why whenever I see a impossibly high rank I switch to a new session.. Maybe it could be a movement we all could adapt to; just let them play by themselves I mean we do make up the fun for them if they play alone then they might consider playing legit or not at all.

Had that happen too, when I wanted to report some lvl 1000 asshole. On Xbox.

I'm having the same problem it's like being in first person view. I get stuck spectating so i have to leave lobby in order to exit spectate. I have had this happen also not spectating since update. I also have a problem in the middle of shooting I flip players of or I get an alert saying are you sure you want to leave. the mini map and players in lobby pop up. I also don"t get alerts if I made a kill.

i had that bug happen to me when i was watching another player.
