Multiple Properties - My Opinion

So with the new Address indication rumours of owning multiple properties came up.

Before this we had rumours of mansions.

 

In Singleplayer I went to look at the mansions (From the Outside) and one thought came up: Where do I store my Cars?

 

The mansions I visited had 2-6 Slots from what I can tell from the outside.

 

So now what I think about it:

 

- Mansions have 2-6 Garage Slots

- We can own one property per Website (Dynasty8, Avery if mansions will be released)

- So the maximum storage will be 12-16 with mansions

- Mansions will only be released after intense tests for glitches

- We may get other properties like bars and crew houses, but that's totally unsure (just as unsure as the rest)

Hold select - property address.. Perhaps purchasable properties will be further built upon, whether this will be for storage or financial gain remains to be seen. Also the addition of an email also promotes such an idea.

 

What would be cool is if we had a choice in what we could buy, for example; purchase another warehouse for storing stolen goods to be sold for more money or another warehouse to store additional vehicles, military stolen or cars we've bought but don't have the room for in our primary or first bought apartment. Owning more than apartment would be useless though I might add.

Also like the idea of the storages or financial gain.

Mansions would be cool but id be more happy with just being able to buy the stand alone garages around LS.

 

I mean do people even use their appts now for anything other than a safe zone? And even then you probably to your garage and not the actual appt.

I would rather rockstar just make garages bigger for our current apartments. It would be a hassle to check all your property's to get one car...

I just want to keep my 10 car garage + apartment, and also be able to buy the standalone 10 car garage. Total of 20 cars. Don't care for another apartment/mansion/trailer or whatever.

I didn't say you can glitch money with a heist (although you probably can when they're released, lol). I'm just saying you can't possibly know to what extent the existing glitches are interfering with the release of heists. I can give you lots of hypothetical ways in which they can, if you want.

I for myself would also be happy just for a few garages all over the city, just around 5 2 Slotters

This I can agree with. I'm just a little tired of the debate over whether or not glitches are delaying heists or not and people pretending they know for a fact whether they are or not. Since we know next to nothing about heists, we have no clue which existing glitches could pose a problem for them.

Well, one thing to think about is that there are preparation missions for heists, including various vehicles that you have to steal, and park for a given time... SP is fine, because NPCs don't steal your stuff... depending on how the multiple mission heists work, they may need to add warehouses, storage spots for those vehicles, unless they just cram all the different heist submissions into one huge mission...

It wouldn't be too bad if they put a feature in place to let us organize our cars in the garages... I could easily see keeping one garage for motorcycles, one for sports cars, one for supers etc... or keeping the cars you drive in free roam in the apartment garage, and the various cars you customize for various races, but don't typically drive, into another garage...

I actually do use my apartment from time to time to watch the in game TV shows... the FIB agents show about the lost MC is pretty funny, as are the Republican Space Rangers...

It's possible but I don't see it happening. For one I'm assuming this would take up extra server space and that costs R* money. Also, if you could have 20 vehicles then you would basically only need to buy a car once instead of now where it's more of a trial and error.

 

If you get rid of a car and max out another only to want the other one back then you are spending three times as much and over time that could possibly require a cash card purchase. Then again I could be completely off base with this .

yeah, I spend the majority of my time racing as well... I'm not very good at it ( something like 9 wins and 70 something losses), but I still spend most of my time in random race lobbies...

 

For me, in reality I'm a gearhead, and I love the cars in GTA because they're based off of real cars, quite a few of which I love in reality. It's one of my favorite things to do in the game is to get a Ruiner or a phoenix (I love the GM F-body platform that those cars are based on) and the Gauntlet , inspired by the Zeta platform fifth gen Camaro... I also love cruiser bikes, so getting the bagger, the hexxer, and hopefully (If I can ever figure out how to get one) the daemon... The other cars, I'm not terribly concerned with (I would have loved to have had a Roosevelt or the car that came with the collectors edition...

 

In time, I hope they bring back a few of the GTA 4 cars like the slamvan, and the diabolous... I also hope that they eventually add more customization options.... The cars in Grand theft auto are like my Pokemon... I gotta catch them all....

It really shouldn't be that hard..

Own one apartment and One Garage.

 

For me Eclipse Towers, just because i enjoy the carnage and a Garage close to the airport to spawn my Buzzard.

20 cars should be enough.

 

Everyone would be happy, oh except for no heists and super tanks.
