The more upgrades you buy for the car the more it can sell for. But I don't know what car you can steal off of the street has the most customization options. Malibu454 Posted March 5, 2014 Share Posted March 5, 2014 (edited) Find a dominator, sultan, or Futo off the street max perf, amour, BP tires, expensive horn, and most expensive wheels, spoilers, skirts, roll cage n stuff. Window Tint and paint don't increase price.
