No. They didn't. They know people won't forget about the heists. They're not retarded (like a lot of you people apparently).

They're working on them. They're probably testing them thoroughly due to the fact the first thing douche bags are going to do with them is try to hack/glitch them for personal advantage.

Since it's probably pretty complex coding, it's taking awhile.

 

They in no way believe that giving players stuff to buy and do is going to make people forget that heists are supposed to be released soon.

If that event said "fixed the new radar blip system in deathmatches", I'd be thrilled.

 

The bonus RP for arm wrestling and sea races prior was laughable. Tried arm wrestling for the first time then and after 4 rounds I gained 150 or so RP, and that was a 50% increase? Yikes.

I like the weekend events. There's actually competition for the crates and Bonus RP for land and air races should get a good crowd too. My only problem is I'm busier on the weekends getting stuff taken care of that I couldn't during the week so I won't be able to participate as much as I normally would on a weeknight after work.

It's legitimately stupid. It reminds me exactly of the palm bruising crap you'd have to do in games like Mario Party with the joystick. Not worth it, you're not missing a thing. Darts is way more fun, so are tennis and golf.

tried arm wrestling once missed the prompts on what to do lost pretty much instantly then the guy proceded to troll me by smashing my car into the door of a shop i was in.

Im in them for the money really if racing was anything like boat racing before with 60k payouts im all for it.

Actually Arm Wrestling is not that bad if we can use Kinect on XBOX or whatever is available for u guys on PS3. Then it would be real fun but also there could be a pressure meter on screen or something.
