It seems that there is a quite a number of players that are upset that they can't afford the new cars. I purchased all three, gave each one simple colors ( White, Blue and Green ). No chrome for me thank you. I'm one of those conservative players that enjoys missions, being cooperative whenever possible in free roam, trying to earn money the " right " way and enjoy the spoils of San Andreas. Since the new pack has come out I've had my cars destroyed numerous times while parked next to a clothing store, getting a hair cut or just parked while a venture on foot. Hell, even a couple of times during missions for no reason. Please continue to do this because it makes me laugh each time knowing within about 25 sec I'll have a new shiny one within a few feet of me. You on the other hand just paid a 11,000 fee for my insurance and wonder why you can't buy the things you want... Thank You and continue in your silly ways. You have insurance so that means you get a new car and they have to pay.

 

If these kind of players bother you then change session until you find one with people that want to play the game correctly.

I drive cheaper insured cars in public free roam and insurance doesn't bother me.

 

When you pull out any PV you make the choice of having to deal with what happens next.

OP, sounds to me like you've run into novice destructive car players, everybody knows to store their cash in their alt to avoid paying insurance, that or the players have enough cash via glitching exploits that it does not matter to them.

Your missing the point. It DOES NOT bother me at all. In fact it's become enjoyable knowing someone else is paying the fee. I guess it just seems silly that if your driving a Futo at level 15 that destroying a expensive car is counter productive...

the thing is they don't have to pay if their bank account is already at $0....

It's wrong in my opinion to denigrate players who choose not to partake in free roam PVP for what ever reason. It's my position free roam is labeled deceptively, it should be renamed death match.

Was doing the Anna mission with the Turismo last night with two others, they had a heli waiting at Sandy Shores, so I went over jumped in, Anna got in, but the heli was waiting for his friend. He drove up, then blew up my car while I was waiting in the heli. I got out of the heli when he was getting in, Anna followed me. I went to his car, blew it up. Then blew up the heli with both of them in it. Idiots.

Only onse close to the Adder are the Zytpe and Stinger in terms of price, which is what the insurance is based on.

 

Insurance is 1.25% of buying price:

 

Adder - 1M = $12500 for insurance (1.25%)

Entity - 795K = $9937 (1.249%)

ZType - 950K = $11875 = (1.25%)

Stinger - 875K = $10938

the best part is when they destroy it thinking they've made you mad, but really all they did was prevent your PV from getting impounded. Lol

Like i said thats the wossy way out but if that helps you sleep at night and feel better about yourself mate by all means keep believing in that.

 

I chose not to let players run me out of the session I stand and fight my battles as a man such as in real life.
