Anyone who shoots on sight for no reason.

Why do you need a reason to shoot someone in GTA? If I feel like shooting people, I'll shoot people. Defend yourself, or go to passive mode.

So... your argument is that you shoot people because it's GTA? That's the reason you do it?

More or less. It's a game about violence and shooting people so why not? The game has many rewards for killing other players too. Still trying to get that orange tint for my minigun. It's a huge aspect of the game, and you're not doing anything wrong by killing other players. Spawn killing them over and over or killing people in passive mode is different of course. If I see you don't want a fight I'll move on to the next guy.

What people fail to realize is that there is a gamemode cater to people who like to kill other players and not only that, but you get a decent cash and xp reward for as well as closer to a gun tint. OMG?! Who would have thought!

I had real trouble with music people and kids arguing. But, I can at least understand people arguing with each other, even if they're little squeakers. The people who play music on their headsets are just being extremely obnoxious, for the purpose of being obnoxious.

edit:lol @ the people on here "fighting the war on glitchers/modders."

What you mean is that some people would rather go after others minding their own business rather than test their skills against people prepared for a fight on a level playing field. Sucker punches must feel more gratifying than the humbling experience of getting your ass handed to you in a deathmatch.

This too. I like being able to go get a helicopter or a jet, stop by ammunation, flee, have a chase, set up traps in a location of my choosing, and everything else you can do in free roam that you can't do in death matches.

If people truly wanted to mind their own business, Invite only or solo session. Like you said, there's game modes for people who like that stuff.

In Free Roam, you literally can do just about anything. In DM, you are confined by the arena and by the available vehicles. God forbid people want a true sandbox experience. this is a game built on do whatever, wherever. Free Roam allows that, DM/TDM does not.

I usually do much better in death matches than in free mode fights in terms of kills, but I still prefer free mode fights.

Not to mention passive mode. Granted some people will still run you over, but I'll leave you alone if you're in passive mode. Unless I just stole your tank that you griefed in for 30 minutes. Then I'll run you over until you leave.

There's hundreds of other maps lobbies that will gladly accept your minigun. TDM and DM isn't confined at all when it comes down to killing someone. Your doing the exact sh*t you would in a DM. Ducking behind cover and shooting all within a block. People who feel the need to run around the streets mowing everyone down will just be judged as scrubs who can't hang with people in deathmatches. Now if your being creative with your kills and want to snipe someone from a whole different sector from where your at( from augury building to rockford hills/eclipse tower ), then i can see what you mean. As for speeding through downtown shooting everyone driving about. Go to DM and leave people alone minding their business.

OP, you know there's an "edit" button, right? or does that not work for original posts?

also, someone wants to say hello and stare at you for a while, maybe making you feel uncomfortable in the process (really depends on how you feel about being stared at by cats)

Except those good death matches hardly ever show up from the quick jobs menu, and if you host them you usually can't get them very full. As for sniping people from far away, that's just one of the many things you can do in free mode that you can't really do in death matches. Also, I don't usually go around just killing random people. I'll often join in in fights. But I still don't think killing random players is all that bad. They respawn close by, and they have the choice between fighting back or not. If you don't want to randomly get killed, there are plenty of ways to avoid it.

One of my cats is too fat to lick its ass, so we have to bring it to a groomer who shaves its butt cheeks.

My 66lb dog had diarrhea last night, and got some on her butt fur, so I put her up on the kitchen counter with her hind legs in the sink for a buttwash.

Scumbags!

I use my tank as a shield against outside world. If i want to just cruise around LS safely and scare people in LSC, i grab my tank and when i'm ready to leave (which dosen't take long as i get bored with GTA easily now) i'll just let the lobby know a free tank is at such and such.

Let me add the f*cking idiots who camp at Simeon's garage whenever someone has the green car, usually very high level when the guy with the vehicle is very low (and so would likely need the cash). Seriously, why would you bother at level 100? It's not as if the $ is much anyway (did one myself today on an empty server, a Penumbra I think, got less than 4500!). And yes, I'm above level 100.

I feel like the second most common type of player in GTA:O are the "I don't grief, but if you kill me once, I'll go apesh*t on you for 45 minutes" types.

There's one thing to grief, but its a whole other thing to grief with a sense of purpose.

I heard a Korean npc say 'be careful' in perfect (but rude) Korean. That was very impressive since in IV every sign in Korea-town was complete gibberish. In V they nailed it though - every sign is as right and in-context as the English. :)

I'd say people who play sh*tty music from their headphones. If you want to listen to music, turn off your f*cking mic !

players playing music over their headsets is a easy to remedy (mute them)!

i hate the tank griefers i keep getting murdered by them!
