Would you pay real money to have someone like myself level a character for you if it cost you 1$ per level? IE: a level 120 character would cost you 120$

I know a lot of people here seem to be keen on buying cash cards cause you know, it takes time to earn cash. Well it takes time to level too so why not pay someone to get them for you?

Serious question btw, not trying to troll anyone.

Just call up Korea or China and ask them if this is a profitable business model.

I would not. What would I do after I payed you? What would I do with my character...?

Well the idea is simply so that you get all the weapons and car unlocks. So you don't have to do it yourself.

It's the same concept as paying for a shark card.

As much I hate leveling up myself, I'd say,No. Eventually i'll reach that level 120 on my own someday and it'll feel like an accomplishment

No, definitely not. A few did though back in the DNS days. To me that would be like buying a book then missing out 1/2 the chapters. It's not quite the same as cash cards which I have bought before and would do again if needed.

1.Thats what I wanted you to say. Doing it myself though...is why I play the game...and maybe why the developers made the game so we can do those things.

2. Idk if its the same thing as shark cards I mean i get what youre getting at lol. Its kinda a stretch but yah

No because why play the game you can level up normally just by playing as long as you dont goof off in FR all day you can level 2-3 times per day depending on what level you are and what jobs you do

I don't know how that and cash cards are any different... except in the eyes of the developers.

That... kinda takes the purpose out of the game, if someone else plays it for you, right?... All these cars, guns, clothes and other things that someone else got... Where's the sense of accomplishment besides the fact that you paid someone else to get it all for you?

More like $1 to get to level 1000, and payment comes in the form of a McDonalds cheeseburger (tax not included).

There was a thriving economy about level boosting and selling money in MMO`s a while ago. I stopped playing MMO`s, however, so I didn`t keep up with the news.

I`d imagine it is possible and it`s being done right now, as we speak, if one looks hard enough, assuming there is at least one such service being advertised somewhere. I know World of Tanks has several (if only selling already leveled accounts).

Technically, getting leveled is decently fast in this game, so there is no need for paying money.

Cash can only buy the sh*t you've already unlocked.

Levelling up gets you so much more.

Sometimes I just want to dick about in FR which does slowly level you up, but burns a lot of cash.

You are right. And that is my biggest problem, I spend 99% of my time dicking around in FR. I need to work on getting to 120 so I can go back to my FR days.

Nope but some idiots with more money than sense would.

Why would you buy a game then pay someone else to play it for you? Makes absolutely no sense whatever to me.

I would pay you, then beat you with a baseball bat and pick up my money and calmly walk off.

The problem is, even if you did buy a saturated character, if you never played, you wouldn't be able to use your gear, it would be an utter frustration in free roam, assuming that's where you'd want to play. Ranking up is required to hone your survival skills. Sadly, with all the modders out there, there is no fair free roam to play in in any case, might as well just play single player, get all the stuff, and enjoy in my opinion.

Yep during those DNS days I would often check out the skills stats of the high ranks and if they were low, l knew I would have a plaything for the next 1/2 hour or so.

Agreed. One aspect I love is when I play a newer player or a level 36 or something, they just don't have the technique down for certain things, which is why it's so fun being at a higher level, now. For example, the ability to snipe someone, go off radar, fly to another rooftop, snipe them again, call a mugger on them when they respawn, get on the ground, go into Passive, and then flip them the Jerk gesture while they get mugged, kill the mugger, take the cash, drop out of Passive, and shoot the player again. Only a respectable toolbag knows how to pull that off in the interest of one's own entertainment, and trust me... I've got it down! :)
