Are we able to have more than one tattoo? Example, one on the arm and one of the torso? I'm planning on getting both of the crew emblem tattooes

It depends on the tattoo. I can get makeshift sleeves on my characters by using the Owl tattoo on one arm and the knife for the other, use the regular lower half sleeve for the rest of the arms. You can have 1 unlockable tattoo (like the races or LSC) on your back as well as 2 others for the upper back. Same for the torso.

 

I only tried this with Fem characters. Never thought about tattoos when i had a male.

I noticed some changes with overlapping tattoos with the latest patch. Before, some tattoos were allowed to overlap and some weren't, seemingly at random. I haven't looked very well, but it seems now the ones that are allowed to overlap are different. Can anybody explain what exactly changed? I find it weird that if I sample the crew tattoo on the left of my chest, the tattoo on the right of my chest disappears even thought they're not even close to each other, but on the other hand I can overlap combinations now that weren't possible before.

 

I had the shark tattoo on the right side of my chest and I wanted the crew emblem on the left side. Would it work to purchase the crew tattoo first, and then re-apply the shark tattoo? I have no cash at the moment so I can't try it out.
