How do I get rid of my apartment without buying another one?

So on my second character I'm not glitching at all, but while round my house a friend stupidly glitched money and bought and apartment and began to upgrade a super car. I don't want the apartment or the super car (which I managed to sell) because i want to earn everything that i buy on this character.

 

My question is, can I get rid of this apartment? is there any way? I don't care if it's a glitch.

Well that's what I'll have to do, but i want to know if there is any way to completely get rid of all apartments and money on my second character?

Only way I can think of is deleting said character.

You can't get rid of the money, but you could just invest heavily in gun tints with the money you get from selling it.
