Rockstar it would be a smart idea to pit a pussy mode counter on players that way we can see how often a person goes passive. Then you can keep them out of hostile public lobbies. Yeah my crew and i use tanks but if we get trapped by one, we stand up and fight back. Passive mode is getting out of hand. This is Grand Theft Auto. Not Super Mario Bros. Its unfair to kill someone just to run into passive mode when you try to extract your revenge.
