Is the Dinka Jester actually worth it?

I don't usually buy into all the new cars, I didn't even think I would buy any of the new released cars but the Jester just looks so cute. My friend had one and I had a drive in it and I really liked how it drove. So I ended up buying one, for the price it's a bargain. Really nice car. Still love my Sultan more though

On day one, i bought 3 Jesters. Only planned on getting one, but was so impressed that i splurged and replaced a Surano and a Banshee with one(first one replaced a Buffalo)....

 

One's stock blue on light blue(with colored wing)

One's Matte green(no wing)

One's Dark Gunmetal with a light Pearlescent(w/ big wing and carbon parts)

 

Yeah, I would have to recommend it as "worth it".

 

P.S. I would recommend the Turismo R, too. Saving up to buy my 2nd Turismo R, soon.

no offense, but why?? how do you justify using up all that garage space on 3 Jesters and 2 Turismos(not to mention spending that much money [roughly 1.7 million$])? I get the different paintjobs/customizations but you could just change it up every now and again no?

Personally speaking: since the car is inexpensive enough, and I really, really like it, I can see myself garaging two Jesters; one an up armored, stark-looking mission and free roam beast, while the second is a more fanciful show car simply to fool around with and drive.

I play on two accounts, both have a ten car garage. So essentially it's 5 spots out of 40.

 

I like the cars and had the money to spare. Had to replace a Vapid Bullet, for one Turismo R spot, lol.

Yeah, I did a race with no slipstream or catch up, and I smoked a Carbo.

 

 

Oh please, really? No evidence? I smoked an Adder with a Ratloader once! See... that's how that sounds. Also if you really did beat a faster car then congratz, you either race better than the other guy, or the other guy just sucks or he was unlucky.

 

I have enough evidence to prove the Carbo > Jester, go to the game, tune both to the max in SP and look at their stats.

It may be a matter of driving skills... and its not just about stats... i really dont belive the cars stats in the game... i belive in a car performance. and by far Carbo its the best sport car in GTAO... OFC!!! Comets... Feltzers... Surano... Elegy... 9F can beat a Carbo... But it is a half truth... The reality its one driver beat a other one... no matter what car they r driving.

I'm a little late to the party here, but it's only $240K. For it's price, it's f*ckin amazing! Even stock, it's amazing (I don't have the skills to race against others, since most of the time they race with highly modded cars, so I don't have any mods unlocked)

Since when THE HELL are stats correct? Look at the top speed of the jester, and you can see it's better than your precious carbo.

Notice the braking and traction are way better on the jester.

I have a custom track I use to test stock cars I'm thinking of buying to see if I like the feel. On my first run in the Jester I put in a time close to my average supercar time. Mind you, it was a pretty flawless run - so if nothing else the J suits my driving style. IM NOT CLAIMING IT HAS SUPERCAR PERFORMANCE - I tend to make at least one error on any supercar lap, even though its my own track.

 

Also, its decent looking. Not as sexy as I hoped, but not as ugly as I feared.

The thing that is keeping me from purchasing it is the fact that to me it is downright hideous. If it retained the Supra look from SA, I would have scooped it up no question. Now if only it were modeled after the Top Secret v12 Supra...

I was saving for a cheetah and the business update came out so I bought a Turismo and a Jester for the same cost. The plan was to use the Jester as a high end 4 person crew car. Between being a n00b and discovering it was only 2 person (I've just made the same mistake after spending $100k on my Elegy that I was about to scrap), I sold it after about 30 minutes.

I think it looks awful - although there are some nice pics in this thread. I might consider buying one again.
