Opening Back Door Of Vans

Does anyone know how to open the back doors of say... the Bravado Rumpo without having a player do it? As in like shoot it or knock it into a wall a bunch? Preferably without scratching it.

I haven't tried with my rumpo, but I know that you can open the back doors of the mule by standing on top of them.

 

You can't close the doors of the vans once they are open though, they just spring back out. also you cant climb in the back without being a passenger, so not much point

not sure about the Rumpo but the Mule doors open by climbing on the back and stomping the edges (terrible way to open hatches like on the titan and cargobob too but seems like the only way)
