This is what I found when I went into my garage. I was luckily in passive so I didn't get mowed down and could take pics.

 

That was from my itouch, please excuse the rather poor quality.

 

Here's some phone shots:

 

 

Their levels were 920 (jppf17), 382 (Marcos_Chagas) and 184 (Feenix_BR)

 

Marcos somehow put a 9k bounty on me for taking pictures.

 

People like this just utterly disgust me. I made a report on Rockstar support, and hopefully action is taken. I just thought I should aware everyone in general that this glitch apparently still exists after 1.11, and for PS3 users to watch out for them.

OP give you some advice this is for everyone as well, very simple.

 

1. Before you enter a public lobby, go to an invite only session to enable passive mode.

 

2. Enter a public lobby, passive mode will transfer over.

 

3. If there's some idiot camping in your garage, start jacking and antagonizing him.

 

As f*cked up as it sounds that we have to play this way, it's the only sure fire method of not being killed while being totally defenseless.

Thanks, but I basically did all of the following anyways. I usually keep passive mode on because i'm in free roam briefly just to start other missions to grind. I only stopped here because I wanted to take pictures to send to Rockstar, and share with the community as a head's up.

I did make a report on Rockstar Support, but last time it took almost 2 weeks to get a reply, and I don't even know if the guy got in trouble, or received any kind of punishment. It was back when that money crisis was going on where modders were handing out dirty money to everyone. Here's hoping something happens to these three.

I might be wrong but I think the glitch is a relatively new discovery, that's why it wasn't patched in the latest update. I bet 1:12 will take care of it.

Am I the only one laughing at all of this, especially the pictures? If I walked into my garage and seen this and were killed..I'd be laughing instead of mad. I'd report them of course but this is probably one of the funniest glitches so far.

I would say get a less popular garage to help with this.. I have a 6 car garage apt that NO ONE has lol. So they would have to downgrade, "Lose" 4 of their cars to try and come after me. No only that but since I am the only person with my apt its easy to spot if someone wants to kill me, in or outside. I see people all the time just driving down to my location because they are not aware that its an apartment.. Then they realize I am in an apt and they either try and wait it out or just leave, I then come out side welcoming trouble because my apt also provides decent cover haha! Or I go into passive mode to let them know they just wasted their time.

mmm i put bounties on people while they are in passive mode...

 

i do that all the time and i aint no modder.

 

as far as i know you cant put a bounty on a player below level 10 if not mistaken, apart from that everything is legal.

 

you can put bounties on players while inside their apartments or in passive mode.

 

just like you can send a mugger to a player in passive mode too, kinda unfair as the player have no defence from the mugger but yeah, i do this all the time.

See, what I usually do is farm missions. Took a brief brake while finding a new session. I usually stay in passive mode because I stay in free roam briefly, usually. This time however I spawned into my garage with passive mode on and all of a sudden they appear within seconds of each other flickering like when you first come out of a LSC after tuning a car which I assume is very brief invincibility frames. Then they pulled out their guns, tried shooting me, failed and then went on to shoot all over my garage with anything ranging from a handgun to rpgs/grendelaunchers/miniguns for whatever reason. A few threw sticky bombs, you saw the result of that.

I'll bring some more light to this. Next time someone is in your garage check to see where his blip is. I will guarantee you it is nowhere near you. It almost seems to me like they can be in their own garage or however they do it, and duplicate themselves into every 10 car garage, apartment, or no apartment in the lobby. Or can teleport between them all in rapid succession.

The glitch I just watched requires the OWNER of the garage to do this. Maybe it's a combination of th glitch where sometimes people end up in your garage for a split second.

Yeah, my friend drove into his garage before getting off the game tonight. I was in the car..suddenly my cars were in his garage. I didn't leave his garage out of fear I'd lose all my cars so I dash boarded it.

I swear to you I did nothing. I spawned into the session in my garage and they appeared like I stated.

If I remember correctly, on the map it showed the majority of the blips near the eclipse towers, which is where my place is.
