Also very surprised R* hasn't expanded garages yet, until then..

 

I didn't think I could swap out any of my cars for the new ones and selling my existing cars for $10k didn't appeal to me either. So I had Franklin make duplicate copies of my Manana and Buccaneer and store them in his garage. I bought the Jester and Alpha and can already tell only the Jester is a keeper.

 

I'll sell the Alpha and glitch the Manana back in to replace it after a month or so and end up losing $200k for a short term lease on the Alpha.

 

I never considered the Turismo but if I had more space I would consider a second Super class vehicle.

10 car slots is more than enough garage space. Sell your ugly rat loaders and you'll be good to go. Honestly, OP. What cars do you have in your garage that selling one could possibly be a dilemma? I bet you have a chrimed out Adder.

I had really expected that with the release of 3 new cars that rockstar would give us more garage space , i tried out all 3 in single player an they are all great cars , i would buy all 3 online but i dont have any space left , i had a tough decision of replacing a car to get the roosevelt in the valentines update , now what are we supposed to do to get these 3 cars , im disappointed

I'd get your copy of GTA and proceed directly to your local store and trade it in.

Finally a replie which is on topic for that i thank you , an yes i agree we need more properties or at least if we replace a car to be givin the money its actually worth , cars are capped at 10k , the last car i replaced had a dam horn worth more than 10k ,its beyond a joke how they keep releasing new car after new car an making us replace ones we have for a fraction of what there worth

Like I posted in a different topic; I think that we should be able to buy one apartment, then one garage and while we're at it yes, definitely put in more apartment and garage locations. I would love to have an apartment in the Grand Senora Desert or even Paleto Bay with a garage somewhere nearby. It would promote player distribution across the map. Instead of everyone always being huddled together in Los Santos, players would be spread out all over the place.

 

Seriously, it seems like a no-brainer.

Half of the forum consists of forum trolls who rather mess up someone else's thread instead of actually participating in the discussion. That's where they get their kicks and it would be best just to add them to your ignore list if you find them to be repeat offenders.

I wasnt expecting much from this update...3 cars I have no room for...lame clothes I have no interest in wearing.

 

However the new glitches/hacks/server problems have totally ruined the game play....game keeps freezing,timing out is happening every 10 minutes,near empty lobbies,douchbags glitching into your garage and shooting you...oh and taking away the Sweeper after they promised we could keep it(yeah yeah "theyre working on it")

for me the 3 new cars are priced reasonable with the Turismo at 500k the best buy but the Enity will probably still be the racing top dog. what is disappointing is that the 3 new cars are not something really different from the current choices. a 1950 mercury hot rod that is fast too would be fun as would a 62 corvette convertable or 1960 plymouth with big tail fins and hemi engine. a 36 ford hot rod with working rumble seat would be fun too. any of these old cars need to be fast too and not like the nice to look at but slow 57/58 chevy ( tornado).

what could be awesome is for a granger suv with a roof mounted minigun like i viewed in a youtube video.

the new assault rifle is outstanding and surpasses the tommy gun as very helpfull for new/low level chacters. the new heavy pistol is ho hum as i wanted 44magnum 240 gr jhp power.

the new cloths are welcome but the outfit list needs something like biker,police,football,baseball,pimp,or cowboy outfits. cheer leader,hooker, cowgirl,cat woman,and princess outfits would also be interesting.

for many the current 10 car garage limit is a problem that i hope rockstar can fix. for me i only drive 2 cars and a motorycle so any more for me is just for looking at. i like at least 4 spaces for ballers for the easy $9000.

What happens when you hit the ten car limit? Do you have to sell a car to make room or do you have to select which cars remain in the garage and which cars have to sit in storage?

 

I have six cars and I probably don't even use half of them; for example the Vapid Radius that was the first car I stole. I never drive it, it's gathering pixelated dust in my garage but somehow I can't make myself part with it; it has too many memories of police chase where I sat on the top of mountains near Sandy Shores watching the pigs chasing their tails.

 

If it comes to getting rid of a car, I'll get rid of one of the free ugly cars I got from a previous patch before I get rid of my crappy Radius

 

 

Yes when you reach your ten car limit you must sell one to get another , they dont go into storage they are replaced by the new car , haha the first car always has alot of memories , mine was a dominater many car chases an funny times with that car , only recently got rid of it to so i could get the roosevelt , really didnt want to get rid of it either

Actually you have to sell one of the cars BEFORE you buy (or steal) another. As long, as you buy the new one/drive into your garage with a new one, you have to REPLACE one car and you don't get anything for it, even there is no storage after all. So basically, once you are at the capacity of your garage (mostly ten cars, some have only six, while others only two), don't buy/steal any car, unless you sell one of your first. Seems like I'm explaining too much, but someone could think, they get some money back upon replacing a car, which they don't.

Not sure if this has been brought up yet but you can sell cars for a reasonable price. I sold my Vacca for over £200k so thats a good return.

I def want more garage space so I can have custom bikes, sedans, coupes and trucks. I love cars so I don't like the fact that you can't customize your cars in your 10 car garage even though there are tools and a whole room in the back there for it.
