Hardcore mode. No radar. Only 2/3 guns on the player at a time. Lots of crate drops and stuff like that. And maybe open up a few more buildings.

An option to play in free roam without tanks/jets/buzzards. Not really a DLC thing, but I think its needed more than any DLC idea possible (well, besides more garage space...).

ADD SOME HIGH ROLLER CLOTHES AND NEW TAUNTS LIKE SHOWING CARDS AND STUFF.

That's a fantastic idea, man. I liked the light story to Online at the beginning and the missions got real tedious when it stopped. I had a similar idea for cutscenes when you reach certain ranks.

 

Lester: Rank 30 or so. He anonymously invites you to his house and he congratulates you on your progress, but says you're attracting too much attention. He advises you to get money and power before making any more enemies, to which your character shows annoyance. He lets you know that the higher up you get in the world, the more entities will want to help you and sends you on your way.

 

Lamar: Rank 50 or 60. Lamar calls you urgently. You go back to Vinewood and meet up with him. He says he tried a "business venture" with the Vagos that went south, and one of his homeboys got left behind. He asks you to rescue him from the Vagos and bring him back because he's a "close friend". You find out the "friend" is Franklin and bring him back to Lamar. Lamar thanks you and tells Franklin that he owes him big, while Franklin complains it was Lamar's fault in the first place. Your character shrugs and walks away from the awkward situation.

 

Trevor: Rank 80. Trevor calls you to his trailer. You walk in, and he hits you in the head with the butt of a shotgun. You awaken tied to a chair, his shotgun's barrel in your face. He yells at you about how he told you to stay out of his business, and threatens to "blow your head off and use it as a urinal". Before pulling the trigger, your character's eyes shut in horror, he thinks aloud about how hard it is to keep track of drugs being pushed in Los Santos from so far away. He puts the shotgun to his side and offers to let you keep the LS drug market if you help him secure dominance in Blaine County, then sends you on a mission without waiting for an answer.

 

I think stuff like this throughout would keep the game interesting and give more backstory for the main characters (you saving Franklin's life and setting up TPI for Trevor).

You can actually already remove the radar.
