Does anybody else purposely let cops kill u when wanted?

more and more often I am purposely walking into the line of fire with cops to die and take the wanted level off instead of dealing with them. Just easier to move on and get things done. better than having a one star by looking at a cop the wrong way then having it escalate to 4 while you are in a shoot out with another player.

 

Nothing worse then having a good shot on somebody with 20 cops around you and either a) it locks on every single cop and never the other player or b) cops shoot/harass you/reduce your health and then other player kills you and gets a point up on you.

 

Instead, if safe and away from the other player, I just walk up to the cops to get shotgunned and get a fresh, non-wanted level health meter. talk about a broken game mechanic when you'd rather just get shot by the cops instead of dealing with it.

 

CONS: K/D ratio goes down? and medical bills. Neither of them I'm worried about.

Not really, today I had a shoot out against some cops when some douche decided to show up and try to kill me, I got cover, paid 400 bucks to creepy Lester get the cops off me and killed the other player with my sniper rifle and left the lobby.

2: no I don't, as even if I'm 3 miles away from it my PV somehow gets impounded if a cop kills me. NO. MATTER. WHAT.

4 stars is easy compared to GTA V's system of Wanted Level Evasion.

 

Normally if you commit a crime and you kill all cops in sight, you can escape in your Personal Vehicle without being spotted. Unless they clearly see your face by brushing next to you while you drive by them, they cannot suspect your own car is the getaway.

usually I would but primarily when going against other players and cops are interfering I'd rather let them kill me instead of constantly getting shot from every direction while trying to line up the sniper on the other player.

The auto-lock on cops is a pain in freeroam. Trying to aim at another player just down the road and instead it locks onto a cop walking past. Instant two stars and now you have the other player and the police on you.

 

Not to mention if the cops pile up and you respawn as they're all driving away. I've had a police car run me down as soon as I spawn many times. Only for the officer to get out and shoot me while I'm on the ground still.

 

What's the go with those 1v1 deathmatches that you get challenged to after killing someone? It seems worse then PvP in normal freeroam.

 

You can only see the other players dot all the other dots disappear. This would be alright if you and the enemy were the only players. But I entered a 1v1 the other day only for another player to hit me with his PV. I couldn't see his dot approaching.

 

Secondly it sucks how in a 1v1 you still get a wanted level, I killed him once got two stars. Now I have to somehow evade the police while not travelling too far away or I'll lose. Not to mention when you are killed by the cops kt counts as a point for the other player.

 

Finally, you can't even call in a PV. I had to rub from the cops on foot. After a player that wasn't in the DM hit me with his car and destroyed my PV.

I just commit suicide when I pvp in freeroam and the cops are cripping my style. I used to let them shoot me, but they can be pretty retarded getting the job done.

 

Sure it's $500 if you've got a bit of cash, but it's way faster than calling Lester and having to deal with the remove star cooldown. Plus it can even work as a little teleport if you find yourself in a sticky situation with no viable way out. The only real downside is your car can be impounded if you are too close.

 

But nowadays I just hijack cars when I go pvp to avoid that problem, so if I get an NPC bounty it only helps with finding players to pvp with anyway.
