You should have it come up when ya first time do a hang out with all three, no matter which one you play as. I think... But myself, I was playing as Franklin when this thing happened to me. SPOILER: Trevor & Michael decided to be Frank's "dads", but Franklin said he has looked after them nearly as much as they did look after him. <- That's the thing shortly.
