How long did your new car last?

For those of you who bought one of the new cars in todays DLC how long did it take before it was destroyed?

 

My Alpha didn't make it 10 mins, just finished taking pictures of it in front of the grotto at the Playboy Mansion when a lvl 38 in a Buzzard came in and Blew it up! Had to teach him about "off the radar"

Two hours. Got some friends in an invite only session to help them rank up. We start doing one of Lamar's tanker truck missions that pays like $2250 and as I'm driving to the drop off, I hear "oops, sorry dude." My level 14 friend was too busy messing around with a random that got in and blew my Alpha sky high. Of course he only had $191 to his name, so I basically forked out the insurance, which wasn't a big deal, but that's not the point.

My turismo got submerged in some water by accident in sandy shores (was swerving some bikers sawed off shotguns, which had sniper rifle range for some reason), but my jester, alpha and vested are still pure (although my vestry was stolen after I landed it at sandy shores at one point )

my turismo almost made it 24 hours (had it since last night) but i left it @ the airport to fly the new plane and some asshat blew it up apparently. i guess he tried to get in but couldnt due to "passenger mode"

No big crashes yet but i did get beached on a steep incline trying to take a good picture of my Turismo. Had to steal a car to ram it off the ledge.

Someone tried to kill me by backwards driving their Entity into my Turismo, I just sticky bombed him. I heard him sigh on mic and he left.

 

My Turismo got blown up by somebody earlier during a mission, complete accident though.

My Alpha accompanied me during a disagreement with a random crew I had over chat.

 

I managed to hold them off until all 5 of them started chasing me so I went for the sewers where my friend was waiting with an ambush at the under construction subway station.

 

I drifted through the mud and parked my Alpha gently behind some clutter. We then quickly armed the main tunnel entrance with sticky bombs and as the 5 players were approaching we stood ready. The sticky bombs took out 2 of them and the other three crashed in fast so we had to take cover.

 

I ran for my Alpha, slided across it's hood, took cover behind it and pulled out my combat MG. I shot down one of them, my friend killed another one. Then the last remaining player killed my friend so I quickly climbed the construction clutter which was above my Alpha. He then started slowly walking to the car with his assault shotgun, shining his light across my metallic black Alpha looking for me... Probably thought I was still behind it.

 

I then rapidly jumped down directly behind him, did a roll, stood up and hit him in the head with my combat mg, instantly killing him.

 

Then I slowly walked into my Alpha, turned on it's roaring engine and it's xenon lights shinning in the darkness. Slowly backing out I turned on the radio to radio mirror park with ''Yeasayer - Don't come close'' just beginning. Slowly driving over the blood stains of my dead enemies I proceeded to drive casually to the surface...

 

As I made it out on the highway tunnel exit, I gunned it through the highway with the moon shining across the city with the radio still playing and my phantom Alpha with barely a scratch...

Drove out of my garage in my brand new Turismo. Gets shot at. I had to kill the guy over and over because I wanted that first drive to be perfect, dammit. According to my friends I'm really over protective of my Turismo. Neither my Jester nor my Turismo have been destroyed yet tho

my turismo r lasted about half an hour until i ran a foul of a level 650 glitcher, who rammed his car into the store i was in, tried to kill me, but got killed first, he hunted me down relentlessly and decided to blow me and my new car up

My turismo was somehow destroyed by NPCs on the mission "chemical extraction". I don't even know what they did to it. I wasn't even in the vehicle and I was pretty far away from the objective area.

Some f*cker came along with a tank and destroyed my car, and I still had to pay for it... what the f*ck.

None. Which is weird since today I was running from 2 bounties. I usually stay in the Lake Vinewood Estates if I have a bounty and I brought my Alpha up there with me. One of the hunters didn't destroy it but I ran away in a civilian car. They did destroy my Landstalker and Exemplar eventually, though. But never my Alpha. I hope that beautiful car never comes in contact with a tank or sticky.

Now just imagine you're enjoying your saturday evening at home when suddenly you hear a loud crash. You rush to the backyard to find a ferrari gorged in your pool with a guy wearing a reindeer head crawling out of it with a big gun in his hand and after he gets up he starts running to the fence and erratically climbing over it.

 

Of course the wife would never believe you... They never do...
