Unavaible hat for women. Is it just me?

Hi, I went to the Outfits options with my character just to find there's this fedora like hat that I've never seen before and can't find it still on single clothing items. Did I miss on something o what's going on?

Anyway OP, yes that fedora hat isn't available for woman. I made a thread about this few months ago after the High Life update.

That hat only comes with that outfit. It's also not possible to wear that scarf over that shirt normally without wearing the outfit.

Well... OP, your character is definitely an imposing figure. But yes, I'm dumbfounded as to why that specific hat is still not accessible as an individual item for wear. I fear that future outfits released by R* will also have the same...restriction imposed.
