Playing with Friends or Alone

All I see on the forums is "this dlc sucks it was good for 5 minutes then I got bored because I'm so mlg swag" or "this game is boring blah blah blah"

 

I don't understand how people could get bored of this game. I used to play with my real life friends until they became one of "them" (people that are like I'll play when heists come) and so I played by myself in public sessions just playing around and stuff. I don't get why people go into solo sessions, No one to show your cars, no one to meet, no one to troll, where is the fun in that? I meet new people all the time, I just drive over and see what's up and not everyone is a douche.

 

Anyway, do you play with friends or alone? Do you still find entertainment in GTA? Favorite thing to do in public session? Tell meeee

Friends now. For some reason over the past 2 weeks there has been a huge influx of friends coming online.

 

Can't complain.

 

I used to just do random things in public, but now doing races, deathmatches and missions while having a laugh and sometimes messing around in freemode is just better. Playing games with friends, 99% of the time, is better. It's just a rule for me .

Joining my crew was the best thing I ever did, there's no way I would still be playing this game alone.

 

Seriously if you're getting bored, get a mic and join a decent crew.

Because of the randomness and havoc in the session. Honestly, most of the sessions I'm people kill each other but, once you find some chill people it can be fun. Like the crew I'm in I joined a random session and noticed a whole bunch of people at Trevor's Airstrip and I went to see what was happening and some dudes were trying to get in a jet to just fly around but this one dude kept killing us. I came in peace and we tried killing the guy and it was just a mess, but a fun mess and later I added them got to play with them more and now I'm in their crew playing with them alot.

 

I just find being alone is boring, so predictable go get the HPV, sell cars, missions log off. I usually go sell a car when I get into a sessions and if someone is nearby I see what they're up to and just go on from there.

 

I'm on PS3 btw, so things could be different for us.

I play with randoms, my friends are too busy with jobs/college to play online and somehow I magically have enough freetime to play.

 

I've made some new friends , but I have social anxiety , so using my mic takes a lot out of me lol.

I don't think the DLC sucks. I could care less about a yolo or a swag.

 

I have a crew full of insane folk to play with, (QOTD FTW) not to mention a handful of friends, but I also don't mind playing alone. Sometimes you want to be away from the jungle and all of the the wild animals and just ride around aimlessly. Well, I do, at least.

 

I'm Rank 189 and have everything I wanted, (All earned legit, no glicthing) but i'm far from bored. Heists aren't here yet, ok. I can wait.

 

Most of the time when i'm online? I do jobs and Survival. Boneyard is where I started out, but the new Maze Bank one is pretty fun. Every so often i'll enter a Freemode with the crew and engage in a war, or i'll go in alone, find a nice perch, and pop some heads with the Heavy Sniper.

I play with one friend, occasionally two but not often. I don't get bored when playing with friends but I usually find it tough to find things to do when I play alone. You know what they say, the more the merrier
