GTA Online Minimap - How to only show player blips?

Is there a way to make the minimap only show player blips? and maybe like armored trucks and shops and stuff, but not the races and such. I seriously hate how my minimap is cluttered with jobs i do not want to do, and was wondering if i could remove them from my minimap somehow to make it like gta 4 or something, thanks.

As far as I know there isn't.

 

You can take the shops and ammunations off in the start menu but as for the blue clusterf*ck of a mess, they are stuck on.

the reason i ask is because i managed to do it once, where the map was still there but only player blips were on it, and for the life of me i can not remember how i did it. >.>

It's stupid to have jobs on the map in the first place. Nobody drives to the job they want to do, they just press START and go to jobs. And for people on your friendslist is also blue, what were they thinking of making everything blue!

Happens to me when I'm lagging a whole bunch it repopulates after 3o seconds or so.

 

I still think the only halos that should be on the map are contact missions. Everything from deathmatch to parachuting and races should only be accessible through phone or pause menu.

I don't even think the halos should be there. Sometimes im screwing around with some friends and there just happens to be one right there. Extremely annoying
