Not One, But three in normal traffic..

Not sure if anyone has already posted about this but found something pretty weird while taking snaps outside my apt...

 

had not been on for 4-5 days before 1.11 update but pretty sure taxi's didn't spawn in regular traffic before unless you phoned them.. anyone else seen this?

Yeah I noticed, but you cant hop in them like in SP, you just go to carjack =/

Oh my god, I hope they return as regular traffic! Adds some variety and colour, and the taxis are just good fun to hop in and haul ass through the city! They're pretty good cars!
