Why the Hate for Slipstreaming?

Too many use slipstream to ram. Also, the fact that you can catch slipstream at such a distance, is overdone.

Because GTA is a racing simulation game and the effect of slip streaming in the game is highly unrealistic...but don't remove the ability to correct the cars positioning whilst in the air we want to keep that unrealistic part in this driving simulator.

 

 

 

 

 

 

No one is claiming GTA is a 'racing simulator'.... So the rest of your post is null. GTA has always had racing.

You knew the game mechanic was in place, yet still chose to play the same way, affecting your performance...

 

You could have just adapted to the game mechanics...But bitching and moaning to get what you want is easier than improving.

How do i adapt to speed boosts kicking in randomly, depending on my connection to other players?

 

One player can give me the speed boost while im right behind them, while another gives me the speed boost while two blocks away.

 

Also.. when racing with my crew or clean players the goal is 'NOT' to ram the guys off the road. Which is a bit difficult when slip stream kicks in and out randomly all the time forcing my to 'adapt'

 

i don't want to adapt to random speed boosts while turning.. Sorry.

 

 

You can call it bitching all you want.. I call it simple feed back on a broken game mechanic.

The mechanic was flawed...people reported it...Rockstar saw it...Rockstar gave the option to turn it off. Now those who like it can still use it and those who don't like it can disable it. Everyone should be happy, but nobody is.

 

In truth, ya'll all just need to shut the f*ck up and race how you want to. Lawd...
